Project Description: The purpose of this study is to design a virtual environment to assess the functional abilities of older adults experiencing memory loss. We will develop a three-dimensional model, suitable for rendering in the CAVE (Cave Automatic Virtual Environment-an immersive virtual reality display). Long-term goals include the development of virtual-based treatments to enhance independent living skills.
